Mission Statement River City Pipe Band exists to provide a supportive and constructive learning environment for its members to improve their craft through practice, performance, and individual and group competition. Value Statement By providing affordable and quality performances and educational programs, the members of River City Pipe Band will generate the funds necessary to purchase instruments, equipment, and uniforms; create good will within the community; and attract new members and sponsors.
